A Company Built on Core Principles
This organization speaks a good talk about being diverse and pro-active for causes, however, that is not the case for the Home Office in Dallas.
Vice-Presidents and Directors are often placed in positions because of the "good ole buddy" system. They are not promoted or hired based upon their expertise in managing an organization nationwide.
Teamwork is lacking as they are noted for terminating older employees and hiring younger ones at a lower salary. Thus, the younger ones have no sense of teamwork. They are trying to make a name for themselves.
The company seems to believe that insincere employee recognition attempts negate overall poor regard and treatment of team members.
Administrations seem to be run on ego, not expertise.
Front line staff is outstsnding when it comes to teamwork. Administration needs to follow their example
I have never been so micromanaged in my life. Was unable to use the skills I was hired for, due to extreme control issues and corporate constipation.
