Weekly threats of termination if arbitrary goals not me or management is in a bad mood. Feedback to leaders is frowned upon and ignored. Speaking or trying to help co-workers is not tolerated. Hostile working environment by unprofessional leaders.

Every 3 weeks the direction of the department changes and tasks or rotated based on mood of leaders.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I was the oldest there, leadership did not value or respect my life or work experiences.
None, a co-worker has been there 19 months and is constantly being treated with termination.
Overall compensation for your work
not even close, unless you consider getting paid to be a "call center" overcompensation.
Office / Work Environment
Hostile, threatening and negative culture.
Any banter other than "good morning" or "how was your weekend" that was outside a staff meeting was frowned upon unless it was leadership asking. "Chitchatting" could not be more than 20 seconds or you would get called in by the manager and told not to talk to each other even if it was work related.
The local manager and Regional Director abused and threatened the Temporary employee with loss of employment if she took her one hour lunch or if the work was not done. She frequently would work off the clock and on weekends. This was addressed 10 months ago, but it continues without any acknowledgement from HR or Corporate leadership.
None, constant threats by Manager and Regional Director that if you can't get this done we'll find someone else to do the job...5 minutes later "You guys are the best in the nation as per Corporate". Our boss was an idiot.
Challenging in that there was not any plan any further than 3 weeks. Manager/Regional Director had serious issues with integrity when dealing with our Providers/Groups and Medical Facilities.
Suggestions for improvement
- Terminate the toxic people as they violate their own policy.
