Little trust. It has become employees vs management.
Support from Management
Poor leadership. Unclear/unrealistic goals. Minimal employee development which used to be good. Unfortunately, management is heading in the wrong direction.
Level of Autonomy
Far too much micromanaging. At one point, autonomy was standard. In the last 5 years, the management had turned almost entirely to management by metrics. More time is spent updating spreadsheets for management than is spent on customers or engineering.
