the application process was too long, too detailed of questions, a simple resume would be easier. the use of electronic evaluations of prospective employees is a poor tool for weeding out very qualified potential employees. plus read the resume and know what each class or certification is before casting aside. several have the experience and qualifications if Terex would only read the resumes by a person not electronic scanning.
