Apparently there is the "Terex Way" of core culture values but rarely demonstrates it correctly.
Support from management
Management personnel should actually have previous experience in the industry prior to being hired.
Teamwork among service personnel is good as long as management doesn't interfere.
Freedom to work independently
There are few service people which leads to constant travel and little time with family. Service manager constantly calls for updates - even on days off.
