Suggestions for improvement
- Do not drop the pay as an inspector, you cannot sustain a family on .00 hour especially if you start the company at the end of summer. Selling is very seasonal and can really be rough during winter if you are new.
I like about the employer
The people you work with are awsome and the training is very good.
I dislike about the employer
The 3 month studying and training (Branch 2 & 3 state licensing) to be an outside sales inspector weighs in on you at such a low starting pay $11.54 an hour and then drops to $9.00 an hour once you become an outside sales inspector. You make 15% of sales in commission after the first $15,000.00 you sell.
