Administrators say they will integrate more with he staff, but have not followed through. There is a push for culture change, but it doesn't seem like admin has their hearts in it, as many of them don't often exhibit the behaviors they want employees to demonstrate.
Either lack of planning or failure to communicate the plan leads to plenty of "need it now" situations that could be avoided.
