- Improve communication and accountability at all levels.
I like about the employer
Beautiful campus, winter holiday break compensates for an annual leave accrual rate that is lower than average.
I dislike about the employer
Some have characterized the decision-making process in higher education as being more truly one of decision flowing. Decision making implies a certain finality. Decision flowing is a never-ending process that is continued until the outcome aligns with that desired by senior/executive management. In the process, much work and effort will be wasted. The average employee will become apathetic and learn to delay action to avoid wasted work.
