Upper level management does not always know or understand that mid management supervisors are being unfair and are not supporting certain program areas
Support from management
Mid management supervisors are not always supportive
Freedom to work independently
Program area agents are not always treated equally.
Long long long hours, expected to work nights and weekends for no extra pay. Also, the workload continues to be piled on without compensation for it (I.e. Extra committee work at the district and state levels)
