Support from management
Senior management is negative, degrading, and inefficient
Outside clinics have tremendous teamwork, primary location (Plano) has discourse and no employee loyalty
Freedom to work independently
Filtering from senior management, as they always delegate their responsibility, the workload is always 80/20. The top 20% of the staff do 80% of the work and do not have the pay equilivent to their responsibilities.
Outlying clinics are great at internal communication, while corporate has terrible, almost intentionally bad communication.
Women do have the majority of positions, just no real authority
Attitude towards older colleagues
Again, filtering from the senior management, there is no appreciation to employee loyalty, dedication, or sacrifices.
No real support for continuing education or development

Office / Work Environment
Stressful, inefficient support and equipment, and some offices are deplorable. Unfinished construction for over a year, time share suite was not renewed and we were evicted without corporate communicating this, leaving employees and patients stranded. Plano is impeccably decorated and equipped with the latest technology and equipment.
The senior management is oblivious to patient demographics and needs and a complete lack of empathy for their pain and economic situations. Unbalanced pay and hours for working mothers and men, and unrealistic expectations of workloads for staff, especially taking the salaries in consideration of their duties.
Senior management and senior partners have terrific work-life balance while support staff are unfairly burdened with duties above and beyond their training, job descriptions, and pay.
Individually proud of successes, just not acknowledged by management. Stagnant company not moving into the future of medicine though
Inclusive / Diverse
No diversity. Thinking outside their box is frowned upon and so is their idea of social behavior/choices
Suggestions for improvement
- New management staff and system. More communication between corporate and satellite clinics. Less negativity, more accountability for everyone, and honesty. The deceptive, negative nature of upper management is palpable to staff. Middle management and support staff are more knowledgable and committed to the success of the company.
