Suggestions for improvement
- Better training and technology. Support staff by promoting the best person for the job, not there buddies.
I like about the employer
It allowed me to have a retirement.
I dislike about the employer
It's bigger than it needs to be. Administration makes poor decisions on promoting upper leadership. They don't support promoting people who are in the chain of command in a particular area of the agency. They tends to move administrators around who have no idea about their future job. While you have other proven management employees who are next in line don't get the promotion.
