Suggestions for improvement
- Improvements could start from the top, there are directors that do not have the experience in the trash industry that could be managers before moving up. Maybe a manager in training program so that employees can move-up in the company and have an incentive to stay. It could help the recidivism that happens frequently by employees learning bad behaviors.
I like about the employer
I enjoyed that it was a family owned business, they were on-site and accessible, working with different teams and involved in the business.
