Support from management
2012 was a very stressful time at TDECU Business Services. What with auditors and restructuring. US working bees put in many hours including weekends to get all paperwork and files in order. The said supervisors did not. However, after doing all the grunt work and reports, etc. Or helping the supervisors do their reports because they did not know how. Many good, seasoned, and loyal employees were thrown under the bus. Bogus accusations for the reason for termination. Asked to sign a document that we would not sue TDECU if they gave us a severance package.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to recognize the loyal, seasoned employees and appreciate their effort in everything for the company. They need to hold on to them and not put them out the door. Out to pasture.
What I like about the company
It had a lot of community involvement.
What I dislike about the company
Many of us seasoned employees were treated unjust and unfairly. Asked to sign a document that we would not sue if given a sefferance pakage. Management was unsupported and immediate supervisors took credit for others hard work.
