Suggestions for improvement
- Include front line workers in some decision making processes
I have been valued for my skills and promoted and rewarded accordingly. There are many positions which offer different challenges and responsibility. There are many paid time off holidays and management is typically very accommodating with schedules and needs. The job can be flexible with ideas for improvement and usually has a lot of of opportunity for innovation if you desire. Very relaxing and rewarding job.
Leadership style was more Asian style. No fun at work. I had never seen the manager smile.
No support for family or personal issue.
Team members reviewed changes.
There were some basic training but I didn't see any team support
Long hours. Not much life.
You may need to stay home for 1-2 months
