What I like

The staff I worked with are top notch and definitely care for their patients!

What I dislike

Invest more in their employees satisfaction and build up their morale and they will give 110% in their job and to their patients!

Suggestions for improvement

See previous response. I think that is the best thing they could do!

Company Culture

Morale was extremely low due to false promises from leadership

Internal Communication

Extremely poor communication

Teamwork

They encourage this, but retaliate when you bring up concerns

Work-Life Balance

Hard to have a good balance when you dread going to work the next day

Support from management

No real support. Just a false promise of more support to come

Freedom to work independently

Micromanage

Inclusive / Diverse

Does not listen to ideas, and doesn’t follow through on promises changes

Office / Work Environment

Comfortable in things listen. Not acceptable or safe ratios

Environmental Friendliness

Does recycle

Waits till something happens then reacts, not proactive at all.

Work is okay, the only problem is management.

What I like

Since management is rarely around the workers have to rally together to get everyday job done. Good coworkers willing to help for patient satisfaction

What I dislike

Having management leave for out of office meetings multiple times a month

Suggestions for improvement

Better technology, update actual equipment instead of repainting lobby three times when it’s not needed, have better training for managers, maybe do revaluations for them from employees

Internal Communication

Bad communication throughout

Work-Life Balance

Always get upset when submitting a PTO request

Office / Work Environment

Technology is always breaking but won’t get replaced until they no longer make parts for it, a/c goes out quite often in summer

Environmental Friendliness

No recycling available

Handicapped Accessibility

Ramps and parking good but doors are tough to push wheelchair

Workplace Safety

Minimal training, have to figure out new equipment and systems between workers

People should get a fair chance at advancing in the company instead of friends getting the higher position

Poor management at clinic levels, lack of training for all. Mostly worried about money not patient care or empl safety

Former EmployeeWorked in Administration at Texas Health Resources in Arlington, TX.

What I like

Good long time coworkers, workers made everyday situations possible. Managed ourselves but were able to get patient satisfaction. Cross training available by each other, doctors pleasant to work with and for.

What I dislike

Make management actually be working in clinic and not away at meetings most of the week. Also management needs to be more involved instead of giving their work to others to do, as in refusing to answer patient phone calls/messages. Since PM are not management for providers they need to make sure that the actual management for providers is available too

Suggestions for improvement

Poor management leads to bad work culture, more involvement from management would mean better work. Most tardies/unscheduled pto are not documented due to management not wanting to make confrontation. I would suggest pop ups from patient care higher ups to see how clinic work flow is

Company Culture

They care more about money than employees

Internal Communication

Lack of cummunication

Support from management

Management is never around

Handicapped Accessibility

Trouble getting in and out for handicap

Workplace Safety

Lack of training for all
