Poor management at clinic levels, lack of training for all. Mostly worried about money not patient care or empl safety
Former EmployeeWorked in Administration at Texas Health Resources in Arlington, TX.
What I like
Good long time coworkers, workers made everyday situations possible. Managed ourselves but were able to get patient satisfaction. Cross training available by each other, doctors pleasant to work with and for.
What I dislike
Make management actually be working in clinic and not away at meetings most of the week. Also management needs to be more involved instead of giving their work to others to do, as in refusing to answer patient phone calls/messages. Since PM are not management for providers they need to make sure that the actual management for providers is available too
Suggestions for improvement
Poor management leads to bad work culture, more involvement from management would mean better work. Most tardies/unscheduled pto are not documented due to management not wanting to make confrontation. I would suggest pop ups from patient care higher ups to see how clinic work flow is
