Have diversity groups but when expressing an interest in joining - no encouragement from above to be involved.
Support from Management
The expectations would change on a daily basis. Yes, there were monthly, quarterly goals set but management only seem to work in crisis mode.
Depended on which group you were working with that day or rotation.
Level of Autonomy
No trust, everything is monitored down to length of breaks and lunches.
