Work-Life Balance

This is the only position in this entire organization where you cannot take paid time off. You don't have any benefits, there is no sick leave, no insurance, and yet, you're the "tip of the spear" of their public face.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Make the receptionist position permanent. This organization, which has been on a buying frenzy, purchasing radio stations all over Central and South Texas, can afford to make their receptionist a permanent, full-time employee with full benefits.
