Suggestions for improvement
- General pay increases. Who is considered management by corporate. Company vehicles for certain positions that do work outside of four walls.
What I like about the company
Did not have child care for first 10 months of my sons life. He was able to come to work with me and I worked a super flexible schedule ( I am one of the managers) so I was able to work before we opened. There is a donation program we used employee based that if something were to happen to you and cause unexpected expenses you could write in and the company would help pay.
My location does two huge fundraisers a year to give back to foundations and we have raised over $100k for one group and around $60k for another. Plus the smaller more personal organizations we partner with to help raise money. Community and giving back is a huge part of the job I love.
What I dislike about the company
There are double standards when it comes to staffing due to certain positions not having enough people looking to be that person. I believe if everyone was held to the same standard and wages were more desirable for the hours worked there would be more people interested in currently unsought positions
