Suggestions for improvement
- Remove the recent hires in upper leadership and replace them with qualified candidates, preferably internally, although pickings are slim since many top picks have left after leadership shuffle.
What I like about the company
Direct Supervisor is always willing to go to bat for direct reports.
What I dislike about the company
Very poor decisions in the turnover of several high leadership roles.
