Suggestions for improvement
- parking, expensive and not enough spaces
Fair to good.
There is a huge lack of communication from higher management down to the lower chain of employees.
They need to see employees as an asset not a labiality.
Departments and even shops need to work as a team not alone.
See us as an asset not a liability.
This is the main area the University needs to focus on. There is very little to no communication from management to employees and to middle management to upper management. middle (directors) keep the upper management from ongoing issues).
