- Encouraging employees to participate i. The service the university provides through tuition reimbursement program
I love getting to bring my dogs to work sometimes. Most of the people are kind and helpful. Job is stable.
Pay needs a lot of work. Higher adminstration lack knowledge of what lower offices need. Admitting too many students not ready for college. They struggle, then we add more and more supports without compensation increase.
