Suggestions for improvement
- Increase the pay rates for admin/support positions to be competitive.
- Give best performers and high-achievers a track for advancement so they can be promoted. Their continued excellence will only better the University.
What I like about the company
Enjoyed the great people and beautiful working environment.
What I dislike about the company
There was no track to advance, no matter how well you did your job. They reward tenure - not performance. Very low pay for all that are not faculty.
