Unfortunately, this was a revolving door loan officer shop. There was no loyalty to employees, the compensation structure seemed to change every couple of months, and the owner put his faith in some very bad management picks. I hope it has changed, because there WAS potential there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't be so quick to let loyal employees go, and don't put so much faith into blustering, big-talking egomaniacs.
What I like about the company
The compensation was okay at times. That's about it.
What I dislike about the company
The compensation structure seemed to change every couple of months. It was a "revolving door culture," with no real loyalty to employees. Training was not nearly as good as was touted.
