Their too worried about their own jobs to give support to their staff.
Some departments work as a team well, but not most.
Freedom to work independently

doesn't flow down from the top well at all.
Believe it or not, it actually leans more towards female gender in Tax, Finance & HR.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They actually have had a Leadership Development Program in place the last several years recruiting top college graduates and slowly pushing out older employees by forced early retirement or job elimination.
If your not in the click you go nowhere.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
The offices, equipment and other environmental conditions were fine.
They had aggressive green programs in place.
In most cases it's pretty good.
I was in the early years, but not since the current CEO(Scott Donnelly) took over.
Very little, they were have annual job cuts every year since 2008.
Yes, it was very accessible for the handicapped.
Yes, pretty safe environment.
The work was challenging and I was proud of it, but it was not appreciated.

Suggestions for improvement
- Starting looking at employees for what they contribute to the company and not judge them by the gender and age.
What I like about the company
I was able to greatly expand my knowledge skills in my field while contributing a great deal to the company.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of integrity and concern for employees
