Suggestions for improvement
- Within reason, try and have the employees backs when customers are treating the terribly because if you don't have your employees backs then they're not going to have yours.
What I like about the company
I like the atmosphere of Friday's and how passionate the managers are about making their restaurant the best it can be.
What I dislike about the company
My experience at Friday's involved a lot of miscommunication between all different employees & the employees were often treated very badly by customers without any back-up from managers.
