Supervisor expresses issues not to the employee but to upper management. Workers are often over looked for the good they are doing, instead mistakes are much more magnified.
Support from management
Supervisor is not professional. Does not support employees. Invades personal space. Shows favoritism.
management has set employees up to not be successful. This causes tension between employees. Other then this great group of guys.
Freedom to work independently
Overworked and under paid. Amount of work is not placed equally.
Selfishness often effects communication in every department.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No support. Great group of guys to work with in production.
Does not happen here often. Not equally fair for everybody.
Overall compensation for your work
Paid on time, bi weekly, insurance is high but decent , dental is no good. Offers vision.
Office / Work Environment
This is a very strenuous and demanding job. Lots of heavy lifting and a very hot or cold environment. Company does provide Ppe.
Company is out dated work regardless of environment or climate
No personal life 7 day operation, shifts are not set. Long hours. No back up for job support so if sick or miss any days they resent you.
Morale is no good most just see as it is . Just a job to get a pay check.
For those that are favored is great for ones that are not .
Company does offer handicap access.
Training is provided but always watch out many employees don't understand the concept of safety
Challenging place to work. Don't expect praise for your hard work. No opertunity for growth.
Inclusive / Diverse
Ideas are often taken from one and presented as there own. Upper management pushes unrealistic work task on employees
