Supervisor expresses issues not to the employee but to upper management. Workers are often over looked for the good they are doing, instead mistakes are much more magnified.
Support from Management
Supervisor is not professional. Does not support employees. Invades personal space. Shows favoritism.
management has set employees up to not be successful. This causes tension between employees. Other then this great group of guys.
