Suggestions for improvement
- The rotation of personnel is very high, there are several laid offs every certain period of time (when the financial results reflect a loss in the stock price); then it comes a period of new hires, and then laid offs again. It's like a cycle. Employees can not feel stable in that kind of environment.
- The Executive Team should re-evaluate the company's strategy to avoid changes in the personnel, it's key to keep experienced personnel and team who have knowledge of the company's operations.
