Suggestions for improvement
- One of the first suggestions I have is not working here. The next is better communication. There a three departments that work there and all three found out information a different times. My manager was always 3-4 days late if at all to inform us on policy changes. I keep in contact with some former coworkers there. It sounds like big changes are in progress there. They claim to be a family run and family mindset company, but they recently hired a new president that is not a part of the family and was actually from Cargill. They treated employees like numbers not people that they cared about, which is exactly opposite of what they claim.
I like about the employer
Working at the ethanol plant provided good wages, had a decent vacation program, mediocre benefits.
