- Improve Pay scale for direct support staff. Stop high turn over rate
What I dislike about the company
Salary heavy on the top level and no financial support for direct line staff. Lowest paid in area
No encouragement or incentives for staff to staff high turn over rate. No real support for the individual a they support.
