Every Manager, Supervisor, Lead is continually micro-managed. They should be able to initiate and take charge to see who is a true leader.
Suggestions for improvement
- Funny, every year for 20+ years I would put in the suggestion box for more vacation time. But 2 months after leaving this establishment they actually started handing out more vacation time. Maybe, finally, someone got it!
I like about the employer
In the early years the company had a great spirit. They appreciated their employees and encouraged growth and opportunity. They had an open door policy and would listen to feedback. They offered support when the employee needed it. We were treated like family.
