- Uncertain ...professionalism and real expectation about what does means Customer Service Internal and Externally
Lack of rules, procedures, "veteran" employees rule the business, decisions are not transparents or clear
"Honest and direct manner" is questionable ...a lot of completion -nonsense because it is a job to service others no to get better paid.. Management does not intervene when conflict among employees arise to the table...
Not opportunities for personal development ...
