Always questioned about my work, never liked to change things, a lot of micro-managing.
Most people were willing to pitch in a help.
Level of Autonomy
It felt like they required you to know everything within your first week.
Very little department communication. Sales did whatever they wanted, took groups just to make numbers but didn't communicate to front desk and oversold the hotel on multiple occasions.
