Way too many rules and guidelines for a call center. However, if you're a minority, then you'll be fine.

What management? Nobody ever knows who is in charge.
Great co-workers always willing to help out.
Level of Autonomy
Constant monitoring of calls, break times, and lunch times. 5 minutes late and you're written up.
Rules changed daily. Nobody knew what was going on.
