Suggestions for improvement
- They need to have a short-term hardship/crisis policy where the employee doesn't lose everything due to uncontrollable circumstances. The use of peer evaluations would be a great end to the way people are allowed to treat others
What I like about the company
Employee Events are the best at TBC! especially the month of October. Upstairs everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love the fact we have an on-site RN and Wellness Center.
What I dislike about the company
Management is unable to relate to certain situations that employees face. When 1 parent who has always been consistent drops out of the picture for any reason at no fault of the employee there was no help or kind words or even linency for the one trying to hold everything together. Instead they just go for termination since they cannot begin to understand hardship. Something needs to be put in place not to allow bad workmanship but to understand and help those whose life is in crisis.
Employees (Matrix downstairs in lab, processing, shipping) are allowed to treat others worse than animals. In some cases belittling until the person quits or breaks with no help from management or the Director.
