Suggestions for improvement
- Eliminate long time managers who have outlived their usefulness and replace newer managers who shouldn't have been promoted in the first place.
I like about the employer
Benefits were good, in their heyday the site could be counted on to do good work
I dislike about the employer
Over the past 10 years or so the company culture has degraded to the point where management has become useless in many cases. The only ones who become managers are the ones who continuously go to meetings to appear more important as opposed to competent engineers who are actually qualified to move up the ranks.
