Don't expect much and you will be ok there.
Not family friendly
Support from management
Too busy to deal with associates
No staff means no team
Too much mothing meaningful.
We are all just robots
Overall compensation for your work
Minimum wage. People who have worked there for 15+ years make mininmum wage.
Office / Work Environment
No privacy. Plays favorites.
Wasteful. They make thousands of signs a week.
Must work all the time. No weekends off unless your on vacation. No family life.
The only challenge is to go our physical ability. That place is so micro managed from a corporate level. They tell you where to stand.
Inclusive / Diverse
Again. Unless your a favorite you are not included in anything.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees fairly. Let the stores make decisions for themselves. Making people work these crazy schedules is a bad practice. Treat people like they have a brain and staff stores to be successful. No help all week to do work but people scheduled all weekend and then tell them whete to stand make no sense. No wonder this company is doomed to fail.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
No work life balance. When hired or as jobs are advertised they say flexible scheduling. That's not true. You will be scheduled whenever and that's just too bad for you.
