Suggestions for improvement

  • Herald Media is a dinosaur on the brink of extinction. Sadly, management — new and old — is to blame. The environment for the past 10 years became so toxic longtime employees, many of whom were popular with the readers, fled. I mourn the loss of a real two-newspaper town.

What I like about the company

By the end of my 30-year career there, there was not one thing I enjoyed.

What I dislike about the company

Have an hour? The air of desperation. Old white men hanging onto jobs for dear life because it will be the last job they’ll ever have.
