I'm pretty sure they do, most of our employees are younger due to the nature of the work

Suggestions for improvement

  • I would get somebody who is organized teach some organization tips, the importance of consistency, and communication skills.

What I like about the company

I have loved working here. It can be a stressful environment, due to its nature, but everyone wants the best for the kids and fellow employees. Sometimes it can be a bit disorganized but leadership is always open to feedback and eager to do the best.

What I dislike about the company

Sometimes things are not as well planned or organized as they could be.
