Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to train on the American Disabilities act, in handling the disabled customer, to include the proper way to address customers, who are disabled. A strong review of the managers in the Housekeeping and Customer Service departments. The management team is often disrespectful of the entry level employees and housekeeping employees. There should be a strong monitoring of the managers that lead the employees. The managers need to show respect to their lower level employees. All employees deserve respect, regardless of their job description.
What I like about the company
The company provides a year around work environment. The company has several properties in the Myrtle Beach area.
What I dislike about the company
Mid level management is not the best. The managers need a more diversified mix of employees. The managers need more training and a better background check is needed, after being hired. The employer needs a comment box that can be reviewed from upper management. The employees need the opportunity to voice their opinion with feedback.
