Suggestions for improvement
- Sometimes I feel like the last to know things that do impact my work, so better communication from direct team would be good. Offer more rewards for outstanding performance - I often work more hours than required just to get my work done, and feel like it gets verbally thanked by superiors, but no other "perks" or other recognition to make up for it. Meanwhile, people in my department spend half their days chit-chatting with coworkers, and they perform one task well, and get public recognition because their projects are more notable versus just getting the day to day tasks completed without fanfare.
What I like about the company
I enjoy my superiors, who treat me fairly and with respect, and I enjoy the tasks I do.
