- Try actually hiring qualified people into management. And if employees matter as much as TCC claims, try showing it in wages better than $5.00 an hour.
I like about the employer
Potential to make a,decent income.
I dislike about the employer
Terrible management. Management is not held accountable when things are not done. Treats employees poorly. Does not drug test employees, even when there are numerous customer complaints. Current manager stole commission from coworkers on a regular basis before getting promotion, and was promoted even though there was a huge lack of qualification to be manager. Basically if your not friends with the right people you get screwed.
