Suggestions for improvement

  • I wouldn't make many improvements, just for them to be mindful of the types of people they are hiring due to the sensitivity of the children we work with.

What I like about the company

I love the relationships I'm able to build with the kids and my coworkers. I am also thankful that I'm in a position where it's not just about disciplining the children more so building up their confidence and courage for when they begin the schooling proess.

What I dislike about the company

The hasty funding of activities and then one day laying off half of the company.
