Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the Executive Director. She has been involved in too much controversy for a position such as hers to make her an effective leader. Her vision is insane & the way she treats staff is patronizing & abusive.
What I like about the company
Nothing. they are a descriminatory organization that bases their research on psudo science that is neither rigorously validated or responsible to children.
What I dislike about the company
It would be nice if management cared. At all. It seems to me they are more concerned with enclosing their view of being "right" rather than actually being right in their decision making. It would be nice if the head of an organization having prided itself on the welfare of children hadn't been involved in a controversial child abuse scandal. One might think a responsible board would consider this in their hiring standards. I think this speaks volumes to the ineptitude of this organization.
