Suggestions for improvement
- Start listening to those you hire instead of disregarding your support staff as necessary evils. Give your staff a chance to move up, instead of phasing them out. Your company changed hands, now build a GAME PLAN and stick to it!
What I like about the company
They teach Management and Sales Training. And they know their business!
What I dislike about the company
They only consider the sales people as professionals. They have poor communication and will hire someone over you without talking to you.
