current top officers are overwhelmed and lack knowledge of the needs of employees or basic working of programs
employees team together to get the job done even when top leaders are stripping away all supports and adding work
for most part, however the current HR Director has become exceedingly involved in the every day decision making process . This is negatively impacting employees and clients
I have been there a long time so there are a few good memories
Underpaid, overworked, and unappreciated. No security, constantly threatened by HR that our jobs will be eliminated due to restructuring. Sadly it is the clients that suffer the most!
