- Research past administrations and mirror the culture to promote a better and more secure environment in which employees feel valued and recognized for their accomplishments.
The motto doesn't match to actual reality of this company
0 to no support. Nearly all the management is less than 6 months employed. The staff is more educated than they are in the daily working of the company.
Good teamwork with all the colleagues.
Communication is notifying they've fired more good employees and those left have to pu the slack.
