Support from management

Owner was very disorganized and schedule was never set and could change at anytime.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Take a few college courses and actually obtain somewhat of a higher education before trying to run a business.

What I like about the company

Didn't. Was deceitful.

What I dislike about the company

Continuously changed hours, night before a shift can have your morning shift the next day cancelled. Dishonest and deceitful by under paying. Lots of distrust in employees, babies them rather than trying to properly train. High employee turnover rate due to complete instability in the store from owner.
