- Leadership needs to be more genuine and honest with employees. Be more inclusive with ALL employees.

Challenging work feel like you can make a difference in people's lives
What I dislike about the company
Cliquish atmosphere. If you are not in with the "right" people you feel excluded. Leadership often says one thing but acts in an opposing manner.
