Suggestions for improvement
- Even more diversity in hiring (backgrounds, subject matter expertise, etc.), better benefits than their competitors, and stronger organizational infrastructure balanced against containment of expanding bureaucracy.
I like about the employer
The company culture emphasises compassion and excellence and generally hires people that meet these kinds of expectations. The senior leadership take company morale very seriously and make sure to have day long reconnects ever quarter to make sure everyone has a chance to meet one another and learn about the latest developments. Once a year, an organization-wide retreat is held for several days. For an organizational culture, it doesn't get much better than this.
