Suggestions for improvement

  • Again, due to the nature of the newness of things, it can sometimes feel that you just worked for a couple months on a project only to have it scrapped. Feed back is to make goals in biannual or longer timeframes.

What I like about the company

The company is made to support people who desire a healthy lifestyle. Events include a chance to get to know the customers, provide advice, and provide people with resources they need to life healthy on a busy schedule. The owner is a mom who is passionate about proving amazing, diet friendly food, deeply cares for customers as well as raising kids in a sustainable way. She is kind to work for and though the business is new, has creativity approached problems in a solution-based manner. She herself believes she should be constantly learning and growing to make the business successful.

What I dislike about the company

The company is new, so there us definitely a learning curve going on as things are being evaluated for their effectiveness. Their is still a sense of uncertainty as to which marketing approaches will be around for a while and which will be tossed next month.
