Suggestions for improvement

  • Management needs to drop its abusive treatment of employees. The company needs to diversify its predominantly white and male staff

What I like about the company

The reporting of the newspaper is independent and not dictated by the owners. If you're a reporter you feel you're helping the municipal workforce

What I dislike about the company

Disprespect for women and minorities.
Propensity of the owners to hair-trigger outbursts of rage over unimportant issues.
Policy of no salary increases
