Suggestions for improvement

  • I would like to see a larger location where individuals are able to have own office spaces rather than sharing.

What I like about the company

I’ve been given the opportunity to experience a lot while working for CHS. I’m able to travel occasionally and also able to continue my education.

What I dislike about the company

It is challenging to have a regional director who lacks empathy for staff. Also, due to being in an area with a higher cost of living compared to the rest of the state, higher salaries would be helpful and appreciated.
